Purpose: To hold harmless Sparx Coaching from a lack of positive effects or negative effects resulting from the coaching provided.

Scope: To be applied to all Sparx Coaching clients.

Policy: Sparx Coaching clients understand that Sparx Coaching makes no guarantees or promises of success by providing individual and/or group coaching.

The online training materials, handouts and presentations provided in coaching sessions are to the best of Sparx Coaching knowledge their intellectual property and do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
